Delivery For Christmas
The final posting date recommended by Royal Mail for 2nd Class UK delivery is Saturday, 18th December 2021. I can’t guarantee that orders posted on December 18th will be there in time for Christmas.
Delivery
UK Delivery: Standard for Cards
Delivery to UK addresses is free and usually takes 3 – 5 days. Please be aware that, in the current situation, it may take a bit longer.
International Delivery
Delivery to all countries is from £2.80. There is a handy shipping calculator on the shopping basket and checkout pages. Simply add products to your basket, then select which country you’re shipping to, and the shipping charge will be calculated for you.
When will your order be posted?
Other than cards (that can be posted in the village post box – UK only), everything else needs to be weighed, and will be sent on a Monday or Thursday, when the lovely Jackie visits the village with the Outreach Post Office.
Delivery to the EU
I’m finding that delivery to my EU customers is taking a bit longer than usual at the moment.
Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for paying any customs and import taxes that may occur.
I cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to customs.
Returns
How to Return Your Purchase
While I hope you’ll love my work, I understand that it may not quite match what you were looking for.
You have up to 14 days from when you receive your order to decide if you want to return it. You can return your purchase for any reason, but you must submit a return request within 14 days of receiving it
When you submit your return request, I’ll email you the details for how to get your purchase back to me. You then have another 14 days to get your purchase posted back to me.
Once your return has arrived here safe and sound, the original purchase price will be refunded to your payment account within 14 days. If you ordered 1st Class delivery for your order, this cannot be refunded; the cost for the return postage cannot be refunded, either.
Your return must be in the same condition as it was when I despatached it. If it is damaged when I receive it, I will not be able to provide a full refund.
Orders for bespoke/personalised artworks cannot be refunded.
