Red Dragon

These unique abstract art pieces are exciting to make. The fluid nature of the paint means that I’m never 100% sure how each one will look when finished. I love experimenting, subtly changing techniques just to see what happens.

In this painting, I experimented with bright colours that had a focal point in red. I love the dramatic nature of this picture. When I asked Finn, my son what he thought of it he said it made him think of a red dragon. Everyone sees different things in these pictures which is part of their beauty.

Signed on the side and finished with 2 coats of varnish. The picture can be hung or be freestanding.
