Interstellar 1

These unique abstract art pieces are exciting to make. The fluid nature of the paint means that I’m never 100% sure how each one will look when finished. I love experimenting, subtly changing techniques just to see what happens.

When this painting was completed I dropped some rubbing alcohol on it and love the way it has separated the colours and produced lovely circular shapes reminiscent of outer space. Created with acrylic paint with a flow agent and sealed with 2 layers of varnish. Signed on the side. Gorgeous soft shades of purples and blues.
