Bubbling Water

These unique abstract art pieces are exciting to make. The fluid nature of the paint means that I’m never 100% sure how each one will look when finished. I love experimenting, subtly changing techniques just to see what happens.

Created using a mix of blues, greens and lilac, highlighted with white and copper, this painting represents the bubbles rising to the surface from the depths of the ocean floor. I love the many cells in this acrylic pour which were created by adding oil to my paint mix.

Signed on the side and finished with 2 coats of varnish. The picture can be hung or be freestanding.
